Sunday 12th July – a stunning display, in St Oswald’s Church, of traditional arts and crafts, from very talented rug and quilt makers, some local, some from further afield. Stone The Crows helped to entertain at The Malt Shovel – just down the road from the church. As well as the usual music and dance – and despite the heat – the playground next to the pub proved irresistible. A very very warm day that we all enjoyed. Thanks to the Rug and Quilt Festival organisers for inviting us!
